Lee Hyoung-Seok

Kwon Hong-Im
Abstract
This study was conducted to provide basic data for improving the working environment and system for childcare teachers and improving treatment by analyzing the work-family parallel conflict experience of married women who worked in other occupational groups and re-employed as childcare teachers after experience interruption. To this end, 6 childcare teachers working in Cheonan-si and Gongju-si were interviewed in depth and analyzed by Giorgi's phenomenological perspective, and 5 components, 14 sub-components, and 62 semantic units were derived. Childcare teachers were difficult to take (health) leave and go out due to their work characteristics. Furthermore, they were treated significantly poorly, and did not receive the benefits of the substitute manpower system properly. Through this, the following policies are suggested. First, it is necessary to improve the replacement manpower system for childcare teachers. Second, it is necessary to improve welfare benefits such as the improvement of childcare environment and regular health checkups for childcare teachers. Third, it is necessary to reform the minimum wage system to improve the service quality of childcare teachers.
